Terms of Use
Last updated: August 25, 2026
IMPORTANT: VIO Player is a media player only and does not provide any content. To watch anything, you must add your own playlists.
1. Scope of Service
VIO Player (the "Application") is a software tool that allows users to manage and play media playlists they own or are lawfully entitled to access (in standard formats such as M3U or the Xtream Codes API). The Application does not host, provide, sell, or broker any television channels, videos, streams, or other media content.
2. User Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you hold lawful access rights to every playlist and all content you add to the Application. Any liability arising from unlawful use of the Application, including unauthorized access to copyrighted content, rests solely with the user.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions and premium upgrades unlock application features only (e.g., advanced audio modules, DVR, multiview). No payment constitutes a purchase of, or grants access to, any channels, streams, or media content.
4. Intellectual Property
The Application's software, design, brand, and logo belong to VIO Player and are protected by applicable law. Channel names and logos displayed in the Application originate from playlists added by the user and remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as is". No warranty is given regarding the availability, quality, or legality of third-party playlists.
6. Copyright Notices (DMCA)
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, you may submit a notice to [email protected]. Notices are reviewed promptly.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
